How to find VCC in Teams, Sharepoint Online, and OneDrive App

Accessing VCC in Teams

Open Teams in Windows. (If you can't find it, Start menu > type "Teams")
Go to Chat and then Channels.
Under Teams and channels > Vessel Communications Center there's Vessel Documents.
In the right pane, choose Files.
To access this in File Explorer going forward, click Sync. You'll need OneDrive on and working in order for VCC to show up.

Accessing VCC on the web browser

Open Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
Go to ctrlog.sharepoint.com.
Click VCC at the top.
On the left, there's VCC Documents where all VCC docs will get lifted from portal.harleymarine.com to there.
Under that, Vessel Documents is where you'll find Barge Docs, Boat Docs, and Manuals. You can also Sync to your File Explorer from here. (OneDrive will need to be on and working for it to show up.)

Accessing VCC on mobile

You can access the VCC through Teams, but the best way is through the OneDrive app. Download it through the App Store or Play Store.
Sign in with your Centerline account. It will likely ask for a number from Microsoft Authenticator; after authenticating, go back to OneDrive app to continue.
Under Libraries select Vessel Communications Center-Vessel Documents. Barge Docs, Boat Docs and Manuals are in there.
