Forms not saving in Vessel Wheelhouse

If forms are not saving in Vessel Wheelhouse, the tables in phpMyAdmin need to be repaired.

Issue

In a tug/barge log, in the "Event Log" > "Coding" sections, there are forms that are filled out. After filling out the form and hitting "Save" or "Save and return to log", going back to that form has none of the information in it.

Solution

First, try clearing their cookies and cache at localhost/login.php, then re-load the browser. If that doesn't work:
Log into Wheelhouse with the IT login.
On the sidebar, go to phpMyAdmin.
On the left sidebar, go to Database dropdown and select wh.
Tick these tables: checkoffs, codings, jobs, logs, logsevents, reports.
- The issue is most likely in reports, but all of these tables cover where the issue is.
At the bottom, in the With selected dropdown choose Repair tables.
It should give you a summary of what was OK and what was fixed.
Restart the browser, re-login and try to save another form.
