Logging into eMaint using Single Sign On As of August 2024, eMaint uses "Single Sign-On" link, which means you log into the website using the vessel's Microsoft credentials. Your regular browser sessions will log you in as the vessel whose computer you're using. To log in as a different user, use an Incognito browser session. Setting up your eMaint bookmarks Usually you access eMaint by using a bookmark. This bookmark should be going to this link: https://x43.emaint.com/wc.dll?X3~SAML~&ACCOUNT=CLLADMINRight-click your bookmark, click Edit and copy and paste the above link in the URL field. If this is already done, skip this step. Use this new bookmark link to access eMaint. You will not be able to log in by going to the old link. If eMaint asks you to Log in with your Microsoft account, use the email address to your computer and the computer's password. EX: If you're on the Kestrel, you'd use kestrel@centerlinelogistics.com and then the password used to log into the computer. If eMaint gives you an all-white screen and asks you to Reset your password, you can reset it to whatever you want. You won't be using this password again. Following these steps should get you into your vessel's eMaint account. Logging into another vessel's eMaint Since eMaint uses the vessel computer's login and saves it, you'll need to Open an Incognito mode browser session. Use the eMaint bookmark to get into the login screen. When asked to Log in with your Microsoft account, use the desired vessel's email and computer password. EX: If you're on the Kestrel and trying to access the Osprey's eMaint, you'd use osprey@centerlinelogistics.com and then their computer password.
