Accessing another user's email inbox If you need access to another user's email inbox, IT will give that access to you via Outlook Web App in the browser. Accessing other inboxes through the browser prevents your computer from being bogged down with having to constantly load other mailboxes in the Outlook application. Request access to someone's email inbox by submitting a ticket to itsupport@centerlinelogistics.com . After being given access, open your browser and go to outlook.office.com Sign in to your own @centerlinelogistics.com account. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and choose "Open another mailbox". Then type the email address that you were given access to. You'll then be looking at their mailbox.
