HAZWOPER Email Configuration

Email processes are handled by scheduled tasks on CLLDev.

There are three tasks that are scheduled to run every two weeks related to HAZWOPER:

hazwoper report bi-monthly - Wednesday at 6:00am PST

Runs E:\Scripts\CLCEMailProcess\CTRlogAuto.exe hazwoperReport

hazwoper bi-monthly - Wednesday at 6:05am PST

Runs E:\Scripts\CLCEMailProcess\CTRlogAuto.exe hazwoper

hazwoper 8 bi-monthly - Wednesday at 6:15am PST

Runs E:\Scripts\CLCEMailProcess\CTRlogAuto.exe hazwoper12

The parameter given to CtrlogAuto.exe corresponds to a stored procedure in the SCHEDULING database, the results of which are used to format the email:

This executable uses the local IIS site mail.ctrlog.com to send mail, the site must be running. The site has an SSL certificate, details outlined here.

Email Templates corresponding to the emails that are sent are located under c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mail.ctrlog.com\Files\MailTemplates
