Setting up Two-Factor Authentication on Concur SAP Concur has started requiring 2FA to log in. This article will show you how to successfully set up and log in to Concur. Before you get started, do these two things on your Smartphone: Set the Time to get updated Automatically. On iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Turn on Set Automatically. On Android: Go to Settings > (System or General Management) > Date & Time. Turn on Automatic Date and Time. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. If you already use Google Authenticator, use that. Make sure you can log in to your Centerline Email Go to Outlook.com on your computer internet browser. Sign in with your first initial and last name: jsmith@centerlinelogistics.com. If you are a captain, your password should be the first three letters of your last name in all caps, and then the last four of your SSN, then an exclamation mark: SMI4567!If you don't remember your password, please contact IT support. Please note that any email going to a @harleymarine account, like jsmith@harleymarine.com, will still go to the @centerlinelogistics account. Log in to Concur Go to ConcurSolutions.com If you normally log into Concur with your @harleymarine account, use that. If not, or you're not sure, use your @centerline account: jsmith@harleymarine.com or jsmith@centerlinelogistics.com. Your password is likely tugboats123 . If it's not, or you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password after you put your email account in. An email will be sent to your @centerlinelogistics.com email address to reset your password. After logging in, you will be prompted to scan a QR code, or an email will be sent to your Centerline email to set up 2FA. At this point, open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and click the Plus icon > Other (or Plus icon > Scan a QR Code on Google Authenticator) and Allow the Camera. You should see the Camera view while you're inside the app now. Scan the QR Code. There should now be an entry for SAP Concur on your Authenticator app, which displays some numbers. Type those numbers into the Concur Login screen that your internet browser is on. You should now be logged in!
