Using Zoom AI Meeting Summary
Zoom AI Meeting Summaries are a new feature that allows you to get a concise summary of your Zoom meetings.
This feature is available for all licensed Zoom users and is automatically enabled for them.
Here are some steps to help you use Zoom AI Meeting Summaries effectively:
- Restart your Zoom app to make sure you have the latest version.
- Start a meeting as usual. You will see a "Stop Summary" button at the bottom of the screen. This means that Zoom AI Meeting Summary is working and recording your meeting.
- If you want to stop the summary, you can click on the "Stop Summary" button. You can also resume the summary by clicking on the same button again.
- The "AI Companion" button is currently not functional.
- When your meeting ends, you will receive an email from Zoom with the summary of your meeting. The email will include the main topics, action items, questions, and highlights of your meeting.
- If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If you find it there, make sure to mark it as not junk or spam and create a rule to allow emails from Zoom.
- You can also access your meeting summaries on the Zoom website. Log in to zoom.us and go to "Meeting Summary with AI Companion". You will see a list of your meetings with summaries.
