IT manages your contact information for auto-signature creation.
Our mail server adds your information as a formatted signature below your email.
Please contact us if any of your information is incorrect.
Custom Signatures
You may request from IT to be excluded from our auto-signature tool and add your own signature in Outlook.
Follow these easy steps:
Email IT to indicate you want automatic signature exclusion.
Follow the steps below with copy and paste of the templates into your mail program signature box.
Desktop Outlook (see Mobile below)
From top menu:
File > Options (menu Left bottom) > Mail > Signature
Select “New”
Modify and paste the content below
