Calendar entries from Email
If you are lucky enough to be receiving email from multiple accounts, you may also be seeing unwanted Calendar entries.
In Outlook, you may see many Calendar items from delegated or shared Email accounts.
You can turn off automated Calendar entries for Flight and Hotel bookings by adjusting settings in your Outlook account.
Browse to https://outlook.office.com
Select the Gear icon

At the bottom of the window that appears, select View all Outlook settings.

In the Settings window that pops up, select Calendar > Events from Email and choose "Only show event summaries in email" for all of the options.
This will keep Events coming in from your shared email accounts (flights, car rentals, hotels) from automatically generating calendar events in your Outlook.
The remedy will not remove previous calendar events but will stop them from populating going forward.
